Procedural Fireplace privacy policy
ANIMIST OÜ (registry code 14092388, Estonia) provides this app. This policy explains its information handling and our support contact. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to appstore@animist.ee.
Scope and data collection
Procedural Fireplace is an interactive fireplace app for Apple TV. The app does not collect or transmit personal information to ANIMIST. It has no advertising, analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking or developer-operated account service. No app account is required.
Flames, smoke, glowing coals, remote interactions, artwork and sound are processed locally on your Apple TV. The app does not record audio or request camera, microphone, contacts or location access.
Local settings and deletion
Sound and fire-intensity preferences are stored locally on your device. The app does not provide its own cloud synchronization or upload a history of your fireplace selections or remote actions. The current fire, thrown wood and sleep timer are temporary session state.
Change preferences in the fireplace library. Deleting the app removes its local preferences from that installation. Apple may separately manage system diagnostics or device services according to your system settings. We do not receive a personal usage profile through the app.
Optional App Store purchases
Classic Fire is free. The optional All Fireplaces non-consumable purchase unlocks the other 14 fireplaces with one payment, not a subscription. Apple handles payment and purchase history through StoreKit. The app reads Apple-verified transaction information to check access and restore purchases; checks can occur when the app opens or becomes active.
ANIMIST does not operate a purchase server or receive your payment-card information or Apple Account credentials through the app. Deleting the app does not delete your purchase history with Apple. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to purchase; Apple services may need an internet connection.
Support and retention
For help with the app or a privacy question, email appstore@animist.ee. Support correspondence is separate from app data collection. Include only information needed to understand the problem.
We retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the request, handle reasonable follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion through the same address. We cannot delete your Apple purchase records or change information held independently by Apple.
Support and your rights
If you contact ANIMIST, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request, investigate problems and handle related legal obligations. Our email providers process correspondence to deliver and store it. Do not send passwords, account credentials or unnecessary personal information.
Where applicable, support processing is based on providing the assistance you request and our legitimate interest in resolving issues; legal obligations may require some records. Ask us about retention or deletion of correspondence. A parent or guardian may contact us about information a child has sent to support.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of personal data, or restriction of or objection to processing. You can withdraw consent for future optional processing without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing. ANIMIST can act on information it holds, not private device data or records independently controlled by another provider.
Service providers and international processing
Apple and the other services identified above process information under their own privacy notices. Hosting and email services also process data needed to deliver their services. Processing may take place outside your country or the European Economic Area; the applicable service notice describes its arrangements. Contact ANIMIST for questions about providers involved in handling information we hold.
This website and policy changes
This policy page contains no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies of its own. Hosting systems may process IP addresses and ordinary access logs to deliver and secure the page. Website privacy describes statistics used elsewhere on animist.ee.
We will revise this policy when the app or its data practices change and update the date above. Publishing a policy does not mean that every platform version is already available.
