Escape Room Reset Card support
Build room reset routes, attach reference photos, guide staff through reset cards, report issues and review reset history.
Create a room
Tap the plus button on the room list, enter a room name and save. You can also add a description, target reset time, cover image and colour tag.
Add reset steps
Open a room and add sections for each area or reset phase. Add cards inside each section with instructions, photos, reference images, confirmation requirements and issue reporting.
Sync with iCloud
With iCloud available, rooms and reset data synchronize through Apple's private CloudKit database using the same Apple account on your devices. Allow time for changes to sync and check that each device is signed in and connected.
Share a room
Open a room and choose Share Room. The app creates an .errcroom file containing the room data and images. The recipient can open it with Escape Room Reset Card. Review its contents before sharing.
Reset Card Pro and purchases
The free version supports one non-demo room; the demo room does not count towards this limit. Optional monthly and yearly Reset Card Pro subscriptions unlock additional rooms.
Use Restore Purchases in the upgrade screen with the Apple account used for the purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Delete data
Delete individual rooms from the room list. Reset history and analytics can be deleted from Settings; this does not remove the room's cards or photos. Manage iCloud storage and exported room files separately.
