Zen Egg privacy policy
ANIMIST OÜ (registry code 14092388, Estonia) provides this app. This policy explains its information handling and our support contact. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to appstore@animist.ee.
Gameplay and local information
Zen Egg uses device motion to control the game. Motion is processed on your device for gameplay. The app stores settings, your local high score, advertising-consent state and a flag recording whether advertising attribution has been requested. It does not require a separate ANIMIST account.
The current app does not send raw motion readings or gameplay recordings to an ANIMIST server. Advertising and Apple services have separate network activity, described below.
Game Center and Apple advertising attribution
When you sign in to Game Center, the app can send scores to Apple's leaderboard service. Your Game Center profile and scores may be visible to other players according to your Apple settings. ANIMIST does not receive your Apple Account password.
The app requests an Apple advertising-attribution token once per installation and sends it to Apple's AdServices endpoint to learn whether an Apple advertising campaign led to the installation. This request exposes ordinary connection information to Apple; it is not sent to an ANIMIST attribution server.
Advertising and choices
Zen Egg includes Google AdMob banner and interstitial ads. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and performance or diagnostic information to deliver, measure and protect advertising.
Google's User Messaging Platform requests applicable consent before permitting ads. Use Privacy choices in the game's settings when that option is available. Device tracking permissions and advertising consent are separate; the current app does not present an App Tracking Transparency request. Not granting tracking permission does not prevent all advertising-related processing.
Storage and deletion
Your local high score can be reset in the game. Deleting the app removes its ordinary local data, but does not delete Game Center records, third-party advertising records or copies in device backups. Manage those through the corresponding service or system settings.
Google and Apple determine retention for information handled by their services. ANIMIST cannot directly erase records controlled independently by those providers. Avoid including sensitive information in player names or support messages.
Support and your rights
If you contact ANIMIST, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request, investigate problems and handle related legal obligations. Our email providers process correspondence to deliver and store it. Do not send passwords, account credentials or unnecessary personal information.
Where applicable, support processing is based on providing the assistance you request and our legitimate interest in resolving issues; legal obligations may require some records. Ask us about retention or deletion of correspondence. A parent or guardian may contact us about information a child has sent to support.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of personal data, or restriction of or objection to processing. You can withdraw consent for future optional processing without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing. ANIMIST can act on information it holds, not private device data or records independently controlled by another provider.
Service providers and international processing
Apple, advertising providers where used, and other services identified above process information under their own privacy notices. Hosting and email services also process data needed to deliver their services. Processing may take place outside your country or the European Economic Area; the applicable service notice describes its arrangements. Contact ANIMIST for questions about providers involved in handling information we hold.
This website and policy changes
This policy page contains no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies of its own. Hosting systems may process IP addresses and ordinary access logs to deliver and secure the page. Website privacy describes statistics used elsewhere on animist.ee.
We will revise this policy when the app or its data practices change and update the date above. Publishing a policy does not mean that every platform version is already available.
